Insomnia is the widespread problem involving a continued difficulty both attaining a maintaining a normal level of sleep. Difficulties with different types of insomnia have been on the rise for the past few years. Busy schedules and demanding lives tend to underestimate the importance of a full night of sleep.

Minor types of insomnia are classified as those that last under a period of a month. These kinds of insomnia might be triggered through increased levels of anxiety over a single event. Luckily, these cases will most often pass once the event that caused the increase in stress is over. Disorders create a process that is much longer and lead to prolonged cases of chronic insomnia.
